Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Perennia's services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund for payments made to Perennia Technologies.
1. Overview
Perennia Technologies operates on a subscription and service-fee model. Because our products involve significant AI compute, data processing, and infrastructure resources, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both parties while ensuring sustainable service delivery.
By making a payment to Perennia, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Eligible for Refund
- Service not delivered due to technical failure on our end
- Cancellation within 7 days of first subscription payment (no service used)
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Service materially different from what was described at time of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Service has been actively used (analysis delivered, trades executed)
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Cancellation after the 7-day window has passed
- Poor trading performance or results (not covered — see disclaimer)
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Perennia subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@perennia.tech.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service through the end of the paid period
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of payment, without service use, qualify for a full refund
4. Trading Losses — No Refund Policy
Important: Perennia's TradeAI is a technology tool, not a guaranteed profit system. We do not offer refunds based on trading performance, losses, or algorithmic results. By subscribing to TradeAI, you explicitly acknowledge:
- All trading involves risk including loss of invested capital
- Past algorithmic performance does not guarantee future results
- Market conditions can change in ways that affect any automated strategy
- Perennia is not responsible for losses incurred through use of TradeAI
5. DataMind Refunds
For one-time DataMind analysis engagements:
- Refunds are available if analysis has not yet commenced (before the 12-hour processing window begins)
- Once processing has started, refunds are not available as compute resources have been allocated
- If the delivered analysis is materially incomplete due to a platform error, we will re-process at no additional charge or issue a full refund at our discretion
6. Billing Errors & Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have been billed twice for the same service:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@perennia.tech
- Include your payment reference number and a description of the issue
- We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund within 7 business days
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email us at hello@perennia.tech with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name/Account Email]"
- Include your order/payment reference number
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods or in cash. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website. For purchases made before any changes, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
